This purchase provides 100 actual units of Jeuveau at $9 per unit for clinically appropriate treatments at Gemini Health & Wellness. The package is a fixed quantity of prepaid units, not unlimited treatments or a guarantee of one year of coverage.
The package is specific to Jeuveau. Units cannot be substituted for or converted into units of Botox, Xeomin, Daxxify, or another toxin product. If you choose to convert an unused balance to clinic account credit under the policy below, that credit is a dollar balance rather than a conversion between toxin units.
Consultation and clinical eligibility are required before treatment. Your provider determines appropriate treatment areas, dose, and timing. Purchasing a package does not guarantee treatment, a particular dose, or a specific result. Treatment risks, benefits, and alternatives are reviewed separately through the clinical consent process.
Units used at each appointment are deducted from your prepaid balance. The clinic maintains a record of units purchased, units used, and the remaining balance. Please contact us if you have questions about that record.
Before any units are used: You may request a full refund of the amount paid for this package. A consultation alone does not count as using units.
After treatment has begun: Once any units from the package have been administered, unused purchased units may be converted to credit on your Gemini Health & Wellness clinic account. Under this policy, the remaining balance is provided as clinic credit rather than a cash refund, except where a refund or cash redemption is required by applicable law.
Credit calculation: Each unused unit is valued at the $9 per-unit purchase price. For example, if 40 units have been used, the remaining 60 units equal $540 in clinic account credit. The credit is based on the amount paid, not a higher regular retail price.
Units converted to account credit are removed from the prepaid Jeuveau unit balance so the same value is not available twice. Contact the clinic to request a refund before first use or conversion of unused units to account credit after treatment begins. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived.
Appointments are subject to availability and clinical timing. Additional promotional discounts do not apply to this package. An event purchase deadline is not, by itself, an expiration date for the prepaid balance.
