The Skin Refresh Collection includes three full-face regular microneedling treatments, paid as a one-time purchase. This package does not include radiofrequency (RF) microneedling. Choose one of the following options at checkout:
Standard Microneedling — $825: Three full-face microneedling treatments without PRP.
Microneedling + PRP — $1,875: Three full-face microneedling treatments with platelet-rich plasma (PRP) included at each session. PRP involves a blood draw and preparation of your own platelet-rich plasma.
Neck and other areas are not included in either package. They may be added for an additional charge, quoted after assessment and agreed upon before treatment.
Your aesthetic consultation is complimentary, with no booking fee or obligation to purchase. Consultation and clinical eligibility are required before treatment. Your provider assesses your history, skin, goals and suitability before recommending a treatment plan, including whether PRP is appropriate if selected. Purchasing the package does not guarantee eligibility or a particular result. If no treatment begins, the full-refund policy below applies.
Preparation, treatment settings, recovery guidance, aftercare and spacing between sessions are determined by your provider. The three treatments are scheduled separately according to clinical judgment and availability. Review and follow the instructions provided by the clinic, including sun-protection guidance. Ask about any separate preparation, aftercare-product or add-on charges before purchasing.
A full refund of the selected package amount paid is available before the first treatment begins. A consultation alone does not count as beginning the series. Contact the clinic to request a refund before the first treatment starts.
After the first treatment begins, each unused full treatment may be converted to clinic account credit rather than a cash refund, except where otherwise required by applicable law. The credit amount depends on the package purchased:
Standard Microneedling: $275 in clinic credit per unused full treatment. After one completed treatment, two unused treatments may be converted to $550 in clinic credit.
Microneedling + PRP: $625 in clinic credit per unused full treatment. After one completed treatment, two unused treatments may be converted to $1,250 in clinic credit.
A treatment that has begun does not count as an unused full treatment under this policy. The clinic records completed treatments and credit conversions so the same value cannot be redeemed twice. Any separately purchased add-ons must have their charges and terms disclosed before purchase.
Treatment risks, benefits, alternatives, expected limitations and recovery are reviewed before treatment. Separate clinical informed consent is required. Agreement to purchase terms does not replace clinical consent. Results vary, and no particular outcome or duration of improvement is guaranteed. Contact the clinic with post-treatment concerns or if your medical circumstances change.
Appointments depend on availability and clinical timing. No additional promotional discounts apply to this package. Any treatment scheduling or redemption arrangements are explained before purchase. The event purchase deadline is not, by itself, an expiration date for prepaid value.
Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived. Contact the clinic if treatment is deferred or you have questions about your purchase or unused balance.
